How do I access the apartment on the day of arrival?
We usually try to welcome you in person to hand over the keys and greet you. However, if you prefer more flexibility or arrive out of hours, we also have a fully autonomous access system via code so you can enter from 16:00h without waiting or time constraints.
What are the cancellation conditions?
If you cancel more than 14 days in advance we will refund 100% of the advance without asking questions. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival, unfortunately the advanced amount (30%) is lost.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our accommodation to ensure the rest of all guests and the impeccable care of the facilities.
When and how do I pay?
To confirm the initial booking, a 30% advance is paid. The remaining amount can be charged to the card on the same day of check-in, or paid in cash that same day if you let us know in advance.
